Different Types of  Yoga Classes

Beginners Yoga

It’s a great practice beginners , it includes Hathayoga poses with proper breathing technique, it helps us to stay heathy, calm, more productive, active and energetic and maintain the flexibility

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the overarching umbrella of yoga that encompasses most of the traditional styles, including Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Directly translated to “willful” or “forceful” in Sanskrit, Hatha yoga is the fundamental system of yoga that focuses on the pairing of poses or “asanas” with breathing techniques or “pranayama.” Hatha yoga uses the practice of the poses to rinse out the body and build the physical strength and endurance required to spend long periods of time in meditation. Once the Hatha yoga practice is complete, the ideal mind body harmony has been created to facilitate deep, relaxing meditation.

Ashtanga  Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient system of Yoga. Ashtanga yoga literally means “eight-limbed yoga,” as outlined by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. According to Patanjali, the path of internal purification for revealing the Universal Self consists of the following eight spiritual practices: Yama(moral codes), Niyama(self-purification and study), Asana(posture)Pranayama(breath control), (sense control), Dharana(concentration), Dayana(meditation) The ultimate purpose of the Ashtanga practice is purification of the body and mind. By moving so quickly and powerfully, you will get a lot of tapas and everything extra, physical and mental, will have to get out the way. This practice has a strong sense of purpose and you are forced to focus and grow.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. One pose 1 asanas. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

Pragya  Yog

The word “yogasana” (or asana in brief) refers to a posture in which one feels relaxed while keeping the body active internally. The rishis (Vedic sages) had keenly observed the sitting and standing postures of different animals, which, in spite of limited faculties, have wonderful physical capabilities that man is deprived of. They had studied the effects of different postures in the laboratory of their own body and developed specific asanas which had rejuvenating effects on the entire body-mind-soul system.we highlight the main Asanas of Pragya yoga. Adept practice of these everyday would help controlled movements for strengthening the nerves, muscles and different organs and regularizing the blood supply in all parts of the body. Not only that, the chanting of the segments of the supreme Vedic Mantra – the Gayatri Mantra, in specific sequel as directed here, with deep breathing would induce soothing effects in the mind as well.

Prithivi Namaskar  (Earth Salutation)

There are two mantras we chants connected to PRITHIVI NAMASKAR are:

Prithivi Namaskar is a set of 17 Asanas (postures), it can be done at any time of the day, preferably empty stomach or with a meal gap of at least 3 hours. There are numerous health benefits of Prithivi Namaskar for different systems of the body, provided proper breathing pattern is followed. It revitalizes each and every cell of the body, gives physical strength, flexibility, mental calmness, stability and focus. It has an amazing effect on our shoulder, arms and thighs. People who want to work on these, this is the one.

The first one is “ OM PRITHVIYAEE NAMAHAॐ पृथिव्यैनमः” and; second one is “OM BHOODEVIYAEE NAMAHA – ॐभूदेव्यै नमः
