The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh (Pre-TTC) is first section of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh at MRITYUINJAY YOGPEETH FOUNDATION that conducts every month throughout the year, This short term course is designed for all walks of life people.
For those who wants to learn yoga to become certified yoga teacher, For those who wants to learn yoga only for their personal development. For those who wants to learn yoga to discover their spiritual side also for those who wants to skip from their jobs for some time to rejuvenate their soul.
Students who do not have the time to complete the 200 Hours Yoga course in the traditional four weeks, Himalayan Yoga Association offers you the opportunity to complete the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in two sections. the first section of the 200 Hour TTC which is 100 hour yoga TTC will be completed at our Yoga Association. After completing the first 100 hours you are free to complete the remaining 100 hours with in the same year in any month when you have time to visit again at Himalayan Yoga Association.
These two semesters must be completed within the year of commencement, the certificate will be awarded to the student once all of the required hours, assignments and examinations are successfully completed.

Programs Terms and Conditions/ Refund Policy
All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness one can take leave with respected teacher permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave bad impression on student monthly performance.
Prerequisites A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spirituals activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Discipline Rules for Students Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be in the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join class. Clear your books of account before departure from Himalayan Yoga Association. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. MRITYUNJAY YOGPEETH provides accommodation for a student who join the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. Student have to be present in all scheduled program of MRITYUNJAY YOGPEETH FOUNDATION.
Refund Policy – The course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules. If student cancel the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refund in cancellation.
